Let's change up your grocery list. Begin by adding foods that will give you clean energy, build muscle and help you keep off unwanted weight.

This list is just to name a few of the many healthy foods you can consume to help you with your fitness journey.

Please refrain from adding snacks (processed food) to your shopping cart.

You will see a lot of snacks which display 'healthy' or 'weight loss' on the packaging. Please ignore this, it is merely a marketing tactic. I can assure you snacks such as Oreo Thins ARE NOT healthy.

 

When cooking your foods, use cooking spray. DO NOT use the oils mentioned above to deep fry/cook. The amount of oil you should be adding to each meal should be no more than half a tbsp. I personally use these oils to reach a certain amount of fat calories per meal. For example, weighing at 200 pounds, I put 1/2 tbsp. of oil per meal.
